Common use of Acceptance of title Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of title. Each of the Agents shall be entitled to accept without enquiry, and shall not be obliged to investigate, such evidence of right and title as any Credit Party may have to any of the Trust Property or the Trust Property Delegated and shall not be liable for or bound to require any Credit Party to remedy any defect in its right or title.
