Buyer’s acceptance of the Deed from Seller for the Real Property at the Closing on the Closing Date and the Title Company’s commitment to issue the Title Policy (defined below) to Buyer on the Closing Date shall conclusively establish that Seller conveyed the Property to Buyer as required by this Agreement and shall discharge in full Seller’s obligations under section 4.1 hereof with respect to title to the Real Property.
