Common use of Acceptance of the Trusts Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of the Trusts. The Trustee hereby represents and warrants to the Issuer (for the benefit of the Company and the Bondholders as well as the Issuer) that it is a national banking association and that it is duly authorized under the laws of the United States of America to accept and execute trusts of the character herein set out. The Trustee accepts and agrees to execute the trusts imposed upon it by this Indenture, but only upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Article and subject to the provisions of this Indenture including the following express terms and conditions, to all of which the parties hereto and the Bondholders agree:
