Common use of Acceptance of the Plan Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of the Plan. Participant acknowledges that Participant is voluntarily participating in the Plan. Participant (i) has received copies, and reviewed the terms and conditions of the Plan, the Award Agreement and this Appendix and understands his/her rights, restrictions and obligations thereunder, (ii) approves with no reserve the terms and conditions of the Plan and the Award Agreement as amended by this Appendix in order to comply with the French Sub-Plan and (iii) has been afforded the opportunity to obtain counsel and advice with respect to the Plan, the Award Agreement and this Appendix.
