Common use of Acceptance Checklist Clause in Contracts

Acceptance Checklist. TASER will present an Acceptance Checklist (Checklist) upon completion of the Services that will exactly mirror the description of services within this Section. The Agency will sign the Checklist acknowledging completion of the Services once the on-site service session has been completed. If the Agency reasonably believes that XXXXX did not complete the Services in substantial conformance with this Agreement, the Agency must notify TASER in writing of the specific reasons for rejection of the Services within 7 calendar days from delivery of the Checklist. XXXXX will address the issues and then will re-present the Checklist for approval and signature. If XXXXX does not receive the signed Checklist or a written notification of the reasons for the rejection of the performance of the Services within 7 calendar days of delivery of the Checklist, the absence of the Agency response will constitute affirmative acceptance of the Services, and a waiver of any right of rejection.
