Common use of Acceptance and Lease Clause in Contracts

Acceptance and Lease. Lessor hereby agrees (subject to satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 4(a) of the Participation Agreement) to accept the transfer of title from and simultaneously to lease to Lessee hereunder, and Lessee hereby agrees (subject to satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 4(b) of the Participation Agreement) to lease from Lessor hereunder, the Aircraft as evidenced by the execution by Lessor and Lessee of a Lease Supplement leasing the Aircraft hereunder. Lessee hereby agrees that such acceptance of the Aircraft by Lessor shall, without further act, irrevocably constitute acceptance by Lessee of such Aircraft for all purposes of this Lease.

Lessee hereby agrees that such acceptance of the Aircraft by Lessor shall, without further act, irrevocably constitute acceptance by Lessee of such Aircraft for all purposes of this Lease.
