Acceptance and Application of Payment; Not Accord and Satisfaction. No receipt by Landlord of a lesser payment than the Rent required under this Lease shall be considered to be other than on account of the earliest amount due, and no endorsement or statement on any check or letter accompanying a payment or check shall be considered an accord and satisfaction. Landlord may accept checks or payments without prejudice to Landlord's right to recover all amounts due and pursue all other remedies provided for in this Lease.
