Common use of Accelerated Progression Clause in Contracts

Accelerated Progression. An additional salary increase within a range for performance that exceeds expectations. (a) A request for an accelerated increase is made at the time of the salary review. (b) Applications are to be made on the salary review form and require the approval of the Pro Vice- Chancellor (or nominee). The Pro Vice-Chancellor (or nominee) may seek additional information to ensure decisions made are consistent and equitable. (c) An accelerated increase will be within the range of $500 to $1,500.
