Common use of Accelerate Debt Clause in Contracts

Accelerate Debt. Lender may by written notice to Borrower declare the indebtedness evidenced by the Note immediately due and payable (provided that in the case of a voluntary petition in bankruptcy filed by Borrower or Guarantor or an involuntary petition in bankruptcy filed against Borrower or Guarantor (after expiration of the grace period, if any, set forth in Section 11.1.3), such acceleration shall be automatic); and

Accelerate Debt. Lender may by written notice to Borrower declare the indebtedness evidenced by the Note and secured by the Mortgage immediately due and payable (provided that in the case of a voluntary petition in bankruptcy filed by Borrower or Guarantor or (after the expiration of the grace period if any set forth in Section 11.1.3 above) an involuntary petition in bankruptcy filed against Borrower or Guarantor (after expiration of the grace period, if any, set forth in Section 11.1.3)Borrower, such acceleration shall be automatic); and

Lender may by written notice to Borrower declare the Obligations and indebtedness evidenced by the Note and secured by the Mortgage immediately due and payable (provided that that, in the case of a voluntary petition in bankruptcy filed by Borrower Bxxxxxxx or Guarantor or an involuntary petition in bankruptcy filed against Borrower or Guarantor (after the expiration of the grace period, if any, set forth in Section 11.1.3)10.2 above) an involuntary petition in bankruptcy filed against Borrower, such acceleration shall be automatic); and
