Academic Administration. The Administration of the University (the “Administration”) consists of all persons holding administrative appointments within the University. The members of the Academic Administration are the President of the University, the Xxxxxxx, the Xxxxx and Associate Deans of the College and Schools, and others so designated by reason of their reporting relationships and the principal focus of their work on the academic life of the University.

Academic Administration. Academic administration has been minimized. Instructors will, however, maintain such records as the respective host school requires. This includes, but not limited to, a Plan Book and Grade Book, usually provided by the institution.
Academic Administration. SJSU, CSUMB, and UCSC agree that academic administration of the program shall be housed at the UCSC campus. Such administration shall include application processing, admissions, matriculation, registration, student record-keeping, posting of grades, monitoring and approval of degree requirements, dissertation filing, human subjects reviews, and confirmation of degree completion. Final transcripts shall be processed by UCSC and shall indicate the awarding of the Ed.D. degree in the names of SJSU, CSUMB and UCSC, and diplomas shall be awarded in the names of the Trustees of The California State University (SJSU/CSUMB) and the Regents of The University Of California (UCSC).

Contractor shall conduct background checks using primary sources on all personnel authorized to provide direct services or transport persons served under this contract. When transportation is provided for persons served under this contract, Contractor shall maintain current records of driving licenses and satisfactory driving history of drivers. Contractor shall provide for the integrity and security of its information assets including, but not limited to, each automated system, electronic file, database or paper file, by establishing appropriate internal policies and procedures for preserving the integrity and security of the personal information of individuals served. Contractor shall work collaboratively as part of the team with VRS staff in providing services that are part of the person’s served Employment Plan. Contractor shall develop and share detailed written information outlining the procedure for notifying VRS and the person or their guardian regarding their acceptance for services listed in Attachment B, Fee-for-Service Rate Schedule. The written information, at a minimum, should include: (a) start date notification, (b) intake process and location, (c) orientation to the Contractor, (d) service planning and delivery, (e) monitoring of service provided, (f) communication and progress reports, (g) service exit or termination. Contractor shall provide the most effective mode(s) of communication to all populations without charge to VRS or persons served. Contractor shall provide Interpreter services for all services in Attachment B, Fee-for-Service Rate Schedule, and Performance Based Agreement (PBA) for Placement and Retention Services as referenced at xxxxx://xx.xxx/deed/job- seekers/disabilities/partners/. Contractor is responsible for all necessary interpreting costs. Contractors need to notify VRS on the same day that the scheduled service(s) is cancelled in order to receive the cancellation fee.   • RECORDS ADMINISTRATION Contractor shall maintain or supervise the maintenance of all records necessary to properly account for Contractor’s performance and the payments made by the State Entity to Contractor under this Contract. These records shall be retained by Contractor for at least six (6) years after final payment, or until all audits initiated within the six (6) years have been completed, whichever is later. Contractor agrees to allow, at no additional cost, State of Utah and federal auditors, and State Entity staff, access to all such records.

  • Settlement Administration The Settlement Administrator will conduct a skip trace for the address of all former employee Class Members. The Settlement Administrator will mail the Notice by first class U.S. mail to all Class Members at the address Defendants have on file for those Class Members and to all former employee Class Members at the address resulting from the skip trace. The Notice will inform Class Members that they have until the Response Deadline to either object to the Settlement or to opt-out of the Settlement. Any Class Member who does not receive Notice after the steps outlined above have been taken will still be bound by the Settlement and/or judgment.

  • Project Administration The Contractor shall provide project administration for all Subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and others involved in implementing the Work and shall coordinate administration efforts with those of the A/E and ODR in accordance with these Uniform General and Supplementary Conditions and provisions of Division 1 Specifications, and as outlined in the Pre- construction Conference.
