Absolute owner. (a) The Trustee, the Manager, the Security Trustee, the Note Trustee and any Paying Agent may treat the registered holders of any Definitive Note as the absolute owner of that Definitive Note (whether or not that Definitive Note is overdue and despite any notation or notice to the contrary or writing on it or any notice of previous loss or theft of it or trust or other interest in it) for the purpose of making payment and for all purposes and none of the Trustee, the Manager, the Security Trustee, the Note Trustee or the Paying Agents is affected by any notice to the contrary.
