Except as set forth on Schedule 9.1(e), Sellers have received no written notice of any pending eminent domain or condemnation proceeding affecting any Property or any portion thereof, and to the knowledge of Sellers, there is no pending or threatened eminent domain or condemnation proceeding affecting any Property or any portion thereof.
