Common use of Abandonment Clause in Contracts

Abandonment. Tenant shall not vacate or abandon the Premises at any time during the term of this Lease and if Tenant shall abandon, vacate or surrender said Premises, or be dispossessed by the process of law, or otherwise, any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises shall be deemed to be abandoned, at the option of Landlord, except such property as may be mortgaged to Landlord.

Abandonment. If Tenant shall not vacate or abandon the Premises at any time during the term of this Lease and if Tenant shall abandon, vacate or surrender said the Premises, or be dispossessed by the process of law, law or otherwise, any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises shall be deemed to be abandoned, at the option of Landlord, except such property as may be mortgaged to Landlord.

Abandonment. 26. Tenant shall not vacate or abandon the Premises at any time during the term of this Lease and if term. Abandonment. 18.01 Tenant shall not vacate or nor abandon the Leased Premises at any time during the term of this Lease Lease; and if Tenant shall abandon, vacate or surrender said the Leased Premises, or be dispossessed by the process of law, or otherwise, any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Leased Premises shall be deemed to be abandonedshall, at the option of the Landlord, except such be deemed abandoned and be and become the property as may be mortgaged to of Landlord.

Abandonment. 17.01 Tenant shall not vacate or nor abandon the Leased Premises at any time during the term of this Lease Lease; and if Tenant shall abandon, vacate or surrender said the Leased Premises, or be dispossessed by the process of law, or otherwise, any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Leased Premises shall be deemed to be abandonedshall, at the option of the Landlord, except such property as may be mortgaged to Landlorddeemed abandoned.

Abandonment. Tenant shall not vacate or abandon the Premises at any time during the term of this Lease Lease; and if Tenant shall abandon, vacate or surrender said Premises, or be dispossessed by the process of law, or otherwise, any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises shall be deemed to be abandoned, at the option of Landlord, except such property as may be mortgaged to Landlord. Abandonment. Tenant shall not vacate or abandon the Premises at any time during the term Lease Term. If Tenant violates this prohibition or is dispossessed of the Premises involuntarily, by operation of law or otherwise, in addition to all other remedies available to Landlord pursuant to this Lease and if Tenant shall abandon, vacate or surrender said Premises, at law or be dispossessed by the process of law, or otherwisein equity, any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises shall be deemed to be abandoned, at the option of Landlord's option, except or Landlord may store such property as may be mortgaged in Tenant's name and at Tenant's expense, without notice to LandlordTenant.

Abandonment. Abandonment. Tenant shall agrees not to vacate or abandon the Premises at any time during the term of this Lease and if Term. Should Tenant shall abandon, vacate or surrender abandon said Premises, Premises or be dispossessed by the process of law, law or otherwise, such abandonment, vacation or dispossession shall be deemed a breach of this Lease and, in addition to any other rights which Landlord may have, Landlord may remove any personal property belonging to Tenant and left which remains on the Premises shall be deemed and store the same, the cost of such removal and storage to be abandoned, at the option of Landlord, except such property as may be mortgaged to LandlordTenant's liability.

Abandonment. 16.01 Tenant shall not vacate or abandon the Leased Premises at any time during the term of this Lease Lease; and if Tenant shall abandon, vacate or surrender said the Leased Premises, or be dispossessed by the process of law, or otherwise, any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Leased Premises shall be deemed to be abandonedshall, at the option of the Landlord, except such be deemed abandoned and be and become the property as may be mortgaged to of Landlord.

Tenant shall not vacate or abandon the Leased Premises at any time during the term of this Lease Term; and if Tenant shall abandon, vacate or surrender said Premises, the Leased Premises or be dispossessed by the process of law, or otherwise, any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Leased Premises shall be deemed to be abandoned, at the option of Landlord, except such property as may . Tenant shall be mortgaged deemed to Landlordhave abandoned the Leased Premises if it fails to maintain the required business hours established pursuant to Section 3.5.

Abandonment. Tenant shall not vacate or abandon the Premises at any time during the term of this Lease hereof; and if Tenant shall abandon, vacate or surrender said the Premises, or be dispossessed by the process of law, or otherwise, any personal property belonging to Tenant and left on the Premises said premises shall be deemed to be abandoned, at the option of Landlord, except such property as or Landlord may be mortgaged store the same in the name and at the cost of and without notice to LandlordTenant.

Abandonment.
