Common use of A Term Clause in Contracts

A Term. The Parties agree that the term of this Agreement (hereinafter “Term”) shall commence upon the Effective Date and, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, shall continue to be in effect until March 31 2019. The Term shall automatically be extended for further periods of one (1) year each, unless either Party serves written notice to the other Party at least forty-five (45) days prior to the expiration of the original Term or any extended Term that the Term shall not be extended according to this Section 12.a.
