A Software Platform Sample Clauses

A Software Platform is certified by GIREVE when it complies with the technical requirements needed to deliver the GIREVE Services though a GIREVE Platform via the Protocol chosen by the Contracting Party. The certification is granted by GIREVE once the rules provided in the Protocol descriptions and the implementation guides are verified.
