A Flight Sample Clauses
A Flight. Attendant shall continue to accrue for vacation and sick leave for the first thirty (30) days of any leave of absence pursuant to Section 10 of this Agreement, and will resume upon return to active employment.
A Flight. Attendant transferred to a non-flying or supervisory position shall retain and continue to accrue seniority, including seniority for pay progression, for a period of twenty-four (24) months. At the completion of the twenty-four (24) month period, the accrual shall cease, however seniority shall be retained for a further twelve (12) months after which their name shall be removed from the seniority list unless they return to a Flight Attendant position. A Flight. Attendant's rights, under this Article, shall terminate at the end of five (5) years from the effective date of the lay-off, and the Flight Attendant shall be deemed severed from the employ of the Company unless re-employed with the Company within this period.
