A/E Approval. The A/E will review a submitted Application for Final Payment promptly but in no event later than ten (10) days after its receipt. Prior to the expiration of this deadline, the A/E will either 1) return the Application for Final Payment to Contractor with corrections for action and resubmission or 2) accept it, note its approval and send to Owner.
