(a) - Duty of Employees to Report Defects. It shall be the duty of employees to report promptly in writing to the Company all defects in equipment.

  • Rights of Employees to Representation Any aggrieved person may be represented at all stages of the grievance procedure by himself/herself and, at his/her option, by a representative selected or approved by the Association. It is further recognized that any adjustment reached without a representative of the Association present shall be without prejudice to the Association.

  • Notification of Employees A. Written notice of layoff shall be given to an employee or sent by mail to the last known mailing address at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the effective date of the layoff. Notices of layoff shall be served on employees personally at work whenever practicable.

  • Employment of Consultants Part A: General Consultants’ services shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of the Introduction and Section IV of the “Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers” published by the Bank in January 1997 and revised in September 1997 and January 1999 (the Consultant Guidelines) and the following provisions of Section II of this Schedule.   • RIGHTS OF EMPLOYER Any rights of the Employer which are not specifically mentioned in this Agreement and which are not contrary to its terms shall continue in full force and effect for the duration of this Agreement, always provided that such rights shall be exercised fairly, reasonably and in good faith.
