911 E911 Arrangements. 7.3.1 Mpower may, at its option, interconnect to the BA 911/E911 selective router or 911 Tandem Offices, as appropriate, that serve the areas in which Mpower provides exchange services, for the provision of 911/E911 services and for access to all sub-tending Public Safety Answering Points (“PSAP”). In such situations, BA will provide Mpower with the appropriate CLLI codes and specifications of the Tandem Office serving area. In areas where E911 is not available, Mpower and BA will negotiate arrangements to connect Mpower to the 911 service. 7.3.2 Path and route diverse Interconnections for 911/E911 shall be made at the Mpower-IP, the BA-IP, or other points as necessary and mutually agreed, and as required by Applicable Law. 7.3.3 BA will provide Mpower with an electronic interface through which Mpower shall input and provide a daily update of 911/E911 database information related to appropriate Mpower Customers. BA will provide, as permitted by the PSC, Mpower with the Master Street Address Guide (“MSAG”) so that Mpower can ensure the accuracy of the data transfer. Additionally, BA shall assist Mpower in identifying the appropriate person in each municipality for the purpose of obtaining the ten-digit Subscriber number of each PSAP.
