911 E911 Arrangements. 7.3.1 MFN may, at its option, interconnect to the BA 911/E911 selective router or 911 Tandem Offices, as appropriate, that serve the areas in which MFN provides exchange services, for the provision of 911/E911 services and for access to all sub-tending Public Safety Answering Points (“PSAP”). In such situations, BA will provide MFN with the appropriate CLLI codes and specifications of the Tandem Office serving area. In areas where E911 is not available, MFN and BA will negotiate arrangements to connect MFN to the 911 service. 7.3.2 Path and route diverse Interconnections for 911/E911 shall be made at the MFN-IP, the BA-IP, or other points as necessary and mutually agreed, and as required by Applicable Law. 7.3.3 BA will provide MFN with an electronic interface through which MFN shall input and provide a daily update of 911/E911 database information related to appropriate MFN customers. BA will provide, as permitted by the PSC, MFN with the Master Street Address Guide (“MSAG”) so that MFN can ensure the accuracy of the data transfer. Additionally, BA shall assist MFN in identifying the appropriate person in each municipality for the purpose of obtaining the ten-digit Subscriber number of each PSAP. 7.3.4 BA and MFN will use their commercially reasonable efforts to facilitate the prompt, robust, reliable and efficient Interconnection of MFN systems to the 911/E911 platforms. 7.3.5 BA and MFN will work cooperatively to arrange meetings with PSAPs to answer any technical questions the PSAPs, or county or municipal coordinators may have regarding the 911/E911 arrangements. 7.3.6 MFN will compensate BA for connections to its 911/E911 pursuant to Exhibit A. 7.3.7 MFN will comply with all applicable rules and regulations pertaining to the provision of 911/E911 services in the Rhode Island.
