7Further Assurances. The Parties hereto hereby, jointly and severally, covenant and agree to forthwith, upon request, execute and deliver, or cause to be executed and delivered, such further and other deeds, documents, assurances and instructions as may be required by the Parties hereto or their respective counsel in order to carry out the true nature and intent of this Agreement.
