6th Sixth Year Sample Clauses

The "6th Sixth Year" clause defines a specific period within a contract, typically referring to the sixth year after the agreement's commencement or a particular milestone. In practice, this clause may be used to trigger certain rights, obligations, or reviews that only become relevant in the sixth year, such as rent adjustments, renewal options, or performance evaluations.
