4Common Areas Sample Clauses
4Common Areas. Tenant will have a non-exclusive right to use the Common Areas subject to the terms of this Lease. “Common Areas” mean those interior and exterior common and public areas on the Land and in the Building (and appurtenant easements) from time-to-time designated by Landlord for the non-exclusive use by Tenant in common with Landlord, other tenants and occupants, and their employees, agents and invitees.
4Common Areas. The areas of the Property not regularly and customarily leased for exclusive use of tenants, including, but not limited to, any entranceway and vestibules, common hallways and stairs, parking areas, driveways, walks and landscaped areas, including those portions of the second floor of the Building labeled as “Common Area” on Exhibit A attached hereto.
1. 5Term: One (1) year commencing on the Commencement Date and terminating on the Termination Date, unless sooner terminated as provided for herein.

1. 8Base Rent: $10,000 per year; $1,000 per month, August 30 – June 15.
