4Common Areas Sample Clauses

4Common Areas. Tenant will have a non-exclusive right to use the Common Areas subject to the terms of this Lease. “Common Areas” mean those interior and exterior common and public areas on the Land and in the Building (and appurtenant easements) from time-to-time designated by Landlord for the non-exclusive use by Tenant in common with Landlord, other tenants and occupants, and their employees, agents and invitees.
