401(k) ARRANGEMENT. The Employer under Article III of its Adoption Agreement will elect the terms of the 401(k) arrangement as described in Code §401(k)(2), if any, under the Plan. If the Plan is a Standardized Plan, the 401(k) arrangement must be a salary reduction arrangement. If the Plan is a Nonstandardized Plan, the 401(k) arrangement may be a salary reduction arrangement or a cash or deferred arrangement, or both.
