25% Cash. It is the intent of the parties that the aggregate net consideration received by Sellers hereunder, as adjusted pursuant to this Section 2, Section 8 or Section 9, and including payment of the Estimated Purchase Price, the Final Settlement Amount, all Reserve Release Payments and any indemnification claims shall be comprised of not less than 25% cash. To the extent that at any time following the Closing, any payment to be made pursuant to this Agreement would cause less than 25% of such aggregate net consideration received by Sellers to consist of cash, to the extent reasonably possible, the composition of such payment shall be adjusted as necessary to result in not less than 25% of such aggregate net consideration remaining comprised of cash following such payment.
