1Assignment. The Reserve Provider must not dispose its rights in this Agreement or any reserve contract or, in respect of reserve equipment owned, operated or controlled by the Reserve Provider, reserve equipment without first obtaining AEMO’s consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
