16C. 05, subd 5, the books, records, documents, and accounting procedures and practices of the Consultant and its employees, agents, or subconsultants relevant to this Agreement shall be made available and subject to examination by the State, Legislative Auditor, and State Auditor for a minimum period of six (6) years from the end of this Agreement.
