12A. 1 Due to personal circumstances (which may include family, study or other personal reasons), employees may have preferences about when they wish to be available to work ordinary hours and the pattern of hours that suits their lifestyles. Where an employee indicates a preference to work ordinary hours at certain times, due to personal or other circumstances, the Employer will accommodate those preferences, consistent with operational requirements. 12A.2 Preferred hours may be worked during any hours of the day and on any of the days of the week, when there is a requirement for work to be performed.
