118 CONTRACTING OUT Sample Clauses
The 'Contracting Out' clause defines the circumstances under which parties to an agreement may delegate or outsource certain obligations or services to third parties. Typically, this clause outlines any restrictions, permissions, or required approvals for subcontracting parts of the contract, and may specify which duties can or cannot be contracted out. Its core function is to provide clarity and control over the use of third-party contractors, ensuring that the original parties maintain oversight and that contractual standards are upheld.
