102 CONTRACTOR INTEGRITY PROVISIONS AND DISCLOSURE OF FINANCIAL INTEREST. So long as this Professional Agreement is in effect, the Professional agrees to the Contractor Integrity Provisions attached hereto as Exhibit “D.” For purposes of this Professional Agreement, the word “Contractor” in these provisions means “Professional.”
