Common use of 09a Clause in Contracts

09a. A committee comprised of the elementary music, physical education, and art instructors, the three (3) elementary Principals, the Superintendent or designee, and the Association representatives from each of the three (3) elementary buildings will meet each year in May to establish the guidelines that will apply during the succeeding school year for these modifications.
