01Notices. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, all notices and other communications provided for hereunder shall be in writing, sent by telecopier, mailed or delivered, (i) if to Grantor at the address specified in or pursuant to the Facility Agreement, and (ii) if to the Secured Party, to it at its address specified in or pursuant to the Facility Agreement. All such notices and communications shall be mailed, telecopied, sent by overnight courier or delivered, and shall be effective when received.
