Common use of 00 - TERMINATION Clause in Contracts

00 - TERMINATION. This Agreement shall remain in force from April 1, 2001 until March 31, 2004 and shall continue in force from year to year thereafter unless in any year, not more than sixty (60) days and not less than thirty (30) days before the date of its termination, either party shall furnish the other with notice of termination of, or proposed revision of, this Agreement.

00 - TERMINATION. This Agreement shall remain continue in force from effect until April 130th, 2001 until March 312018, 2004 and shall continue automatically thereafter, for annual periods of one year each unless either party notifies the other, in force from year to year thereafter unless in any yearwriting, not less than thirty days, and not more than sixty (60) days and not less than thirty (30) days before days, prior to the date of its terminationexpiration date, either party shall furnish that it desires to amend or terminate the other with notice of termination of, or proposed revision of, this Agreement.
