00 - MAINTENANCE OF RECORDS. The CONSULTANT will keep and maintain adequate records and supporting documentation applicable to all of the services, work, information, expense, costs, invoices and materials provided and performed pursuant to the requirements of this Agreement. Said records and documentation will be retained by the CONSULTANT for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of termination of this Agreement.
