00 Coverage. This Section 13.00.00 shall cover and apply only to hoisting work performed and power- operated equipment customarily operated by the Union in conjunction with the crews of the International Association of Bridge, Structural and Ornamental Iron Workers Union, with the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Iron Shipbuilders, Blacksmiths and Helpers; or with the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, or with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
00 Coverage. This Agreement shall cover and apply to Northern California, which term means that portion of the State of California above the northerly boundary of ▇▇▇▇ County, the northerly boundary of San ▇▇▇▇ Obispo County and the westerly boundaries of Inyo and Mono Counties.
