Common use of Personal Data Clause in Contracts

Personal Data. For the purposes of this clause, Personal Data shall be defined as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, including but not limited to a person’s name, surname, email address, and identification card number. To the extent that the Contractor processes any Personal Data which Contracting entity discloses to the Contractor (“Company Personal Data”) in connection with the provision of Supplies under this Agreement, the Contractor] shall: (a) fully comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding data protection and personal privacy protection, including but not limited to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”); (b) process Company Personal Data strictly for the purposes of performing the Supplies under this Agreement; (c) process Company Personal Data in accordance with instructions of Contracting entity;
