Условия и ред за прекратяване/разваляне на договора. Subcontractors are subject to tax with respect the Unemployment Fund and also the contributions towards social, pensions insurance, pensions and the like, imposed by the existing and any future regulations of the authorities in terms of wages, salary or other remuneration payable to the staff employed by the Contractor and its Subcontractors in connection with the delivery of the Goods and other contractual work.
