Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;

Examples of Service Schedule in a sentence

  • For any record day exceeding eight (8) hours, but not more than twelve (12) hours, THE SWITCH shall charge Customer at the hourly rate set forth in the applicable Service Schedule (chargeable in half-hour increments) for each hour exceeding eight (8) hours to a maximum of twelve (12) hours.

  • It is expressly understood that the Service Fee set forth herein represents the basic fee for the Premises described in the applicable Service Schedule, and that such fee does not include the cost of rental of any equipment not set forth in the applicable Service Schedule, nor does it cover any other costs not specifically described in this Agreement.

  • Customer shall be entitled to use of THE SWITCH’s portion of the premises (the “Premises) set forth in the applicable Service Schedule.

  • Subject to the Master Agreement, the Rates for the provision of the Deliverables will be as specified in Appendix B (Rates) to this Service Schedule.

  • Customer does hereby agree that the Premises shall be used in connection with the production set forth in the applicable Service Schedule and for no other use.
