Service Level Agreement definition

Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;
Service Level Agreement or “Service Level Objective” means the then-current version of Dell’s performance commitments for the APEX Service. If applicable, these will be provided in the Service Offering Description.

Service Level Agreement or "SLA" means the service level agreement at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/tcaupsla relating to the Wireless Ethernet and Leased Line Service that describes the service levels to be met by Vaioni Group Limited together with the remedies available to the Customer for failure to meet such service levels;
