Service Order definition

Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;
Service Order. An order submitted by CLEC to CenturyLink ordering or changing an Unbundled Network Element, or other services and facilities (including any porting requests) available in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Examples of Service Order in a sentence

  • If and to the extent a license and/or software is required for Customer’s operation or use of the CPE, such software and/or license(s) will be specified in the applicable Additional Terms of Service or Service Order Document, and Customer is responsible for all financial obligations with respect to same notwithstanding any election to terminate underlying Services, including associated CPE.

  • Service shall be subject to the Service Term set forth in any applicable Additional Terms of Service or any Service Order Documents and, except to the extent otherwise provided in such Additional Terms of Service or applicable Service Order Document, unless Services are terminated in accordance with this Agreement, Services shall automatically renew on a month-to-month basis after the completion of the initial Service Term.

  • Bespoke Professional Services any bespoke professional services set out in the Service Order and further detailed in a Bespoke Professional Services Statement of Work.

  • Advanced support programs for CPE may be made available by Granite to Customer at additional charge as described in the applicable Additional Terms and Conditions of Service or Service Order Document or as otherwise communicated by Granite to Customer.

  • Except as otherwise provided for in these General Terms of Service, any Additional Terms of Service, or in any relevant Service Order Document(s), (i) the Rates and Charges for Services are the Rates and Charges applicable as of the Service Start Date of such specific Services, and (ii) the Rates and Charges may be changed by Granite in its discretion in accordance with Section 3.1(b).


More Definitions of Service Order

Service Order means the document which describes the Services provided pursuant to this Agreement, including any online order, process, or tool through which you request or provision Services.
Service Order means either an electronic order Customer submits to Aptum via one of its service portals, or any other written order (either in electronic or paper form) provided to Customer by Aptum, which describes the Services Customer is purchasing, and that is agreed to by the Parties.

Service Order means a service order, including any attachments attached thereto, signed by Tealium and Customer, which sets forth the Services to be provided by Tealium, the schedule, the payment terms, and other items covered by this MSA. The initial Service Order is the document to which these Terms and Conditions are attached. Subsequent Service Orders will incorporate these Terms and Conditions by reference.
Service Order. A request for Comcast to provide the Services to Service Location(s) submitted by Customer to Comcast (a) on a then-current Comcast form designated for that purpose or (b) if available, through a Comcast electronic or verbal order processing system designated for that purpose. Customer’s first Service Order is included as part of the Service Order Agreement.
Service Order means an ordering document or online order specifying the Services to be provided hereunder that is entered into between Customer and Au10tix or any of their Affiliates, including any addendums thereto contemplating the order of the Services. By executing a Service Order hereunder, an Affiliate agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement as if it were an original Party hereto.
