Baseline Schedule definition

Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.
Baseline Schedule means the accepted comprehensive work progress schedule, taking into account subcontractor and supplier input, incorporating all prior comments received from the ODR on the previous work progress schedules. This Baseline Schedule shall be submitted by the contractor within 90 days of the NTP. This schedule is prepared by the Contractor for the Owner’s information and acceptance which conveys Contractor’s and its Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. All subsequent Work Progress Schedules shall make comparisons to the Baseline Schedule as a means of analyzing progress.
Baseline Schedule means an initial comprehensive baseline design and construction schedule for the D&C Work prepared by the Lessee in accordance with the requirements of the General Provisions and approved by the Port Authority in form and substance. The Lessee shall update the Baseline Schedule in accordance with the General Provisions and provide each update for the Port Authority’s review and comment (if any).

Examples of Baseline Schedule in a sentence

  • Float time contained in the Baseline Schedule is not for the exclusive benefit of the Contractor or the Owner, but belongs to the Project and may be consumed by either party.

  • Bi-weekly updates to the schedule should include the original Baseline Schedule as well to show time difference between planned start and finish dates versus actual start and finish dates.

  • The Baseline Schedule must also be submitted in Primavera 6 native format or the latest version of the software and shall be updated by the Contractor, at a minimum, on a bi-weekly basis.

  • Such memorandum shall: (i) assess the constructability issues related to the Project, including site logistics; (ii) identify any items where the design is predicated on a single manufacturer and, if so, identify at least two (2) comparable products; and (iii) identify any long-lead delivery items that could adversely affect the Baseline Schedule.

  • Unless indicated otherwise in the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall develop the Baseline Schedule and its execution plan to provide a minimum of 10 percent total float at the project level at acceptance of the Baseline Schedule.


More Definitions of Baseline Schedule

Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule of Work for the entire Project prepared by the DB in accordance with the requirements set forth in UGC Section 1.6. Bid Bond has the same meaning as Security Bond as described in UGC Sections 5.1 and 5.1.2, and shall be in the form of an approved surety bond, cash, or other immediately available funds.

The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.
Baseline Schedule means the detailed, Level III CPM schedule prepared by Contractor with the input of Owner and Major Vendor and approved by Owner which sets forth milestones for work, services, submittals, deliveries and activities to be performed by Major Vendor, as well as work, services, submittals, deliveries and activities by Owner, Contractor, and Owner's other contractors and vendors in connection with the design, equipping, permitting, logistics, procurement, supply, assembly, erection, installation, construction, commissioning, start-up and performance testing of the Project, which schedule shall be developed by Contractor on the basis of the Preliminary Baseline Schedule attached as Exhibit B and agreed upon by the Owner, Major Vendor and Contractor within sixty (60) days after the date of the Notice to Proceed.
Baseline Schedule means the document described in Article 6 of this Agreement and set forth in Attachment 2. The Baseline Schedule was established at the the FTA issuance of a Record of Decision for the Project. It is a record of the initial schedule included in the Application.
