Maintenance and Support Services definition

Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

Maintenance and Support Services means the Software maintenance and support services the Contractor is required to or otherwise does provide under this Contract as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

Maintenance and Support Services means maintenance and support services provided by Contractor under section 1.9 unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement.

Examples of Maintenance and Support Services in a sentence

• Licensee agrees to pay Fees for Maintenance and Support Services for any subsequent years after the fixed period set out on the front page of this Agreement within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice.

• The State Board is asked to approve a contract for Software Maintenance and Support Services with Ellucian, Inc.

• CDOL shall not be obligated to provide Maintenance and Support Services for any software or products other than the generally available Products delivered to Customer pursuant to this Agreement (collectively the “Unsupported Code”).

• MEGANEXUS shall not be obliged to provide Maintenance and Support Services in respect of any releases of the Software Modules other than MEGANEXUS’s then current release and the release immediately prior to MEGANEXUS’s then current release.

• End-User shall elect, on the applicable Transaction Document, to receive Maintenance and Support Services at either the Standard or Premium levels.

More Definitions of Maintenance and Support Services

Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Exhibit 7. “Materials” means (i) all types of tangible personal property, including but not limited to goods, supplies, equipment, commodities, and information and telecommunication hardware and software, and (ii) all inventions (whether patentable or not), discoveries, literary works and other works of authorship (including software), designations, designs, know-how, technology, tools, ideas and information.

Maintenance and Support Services means the services set forth in Section 3.4.

Maintenance and Support Services means the maintenance and support services to be performed by ImageSoft under this SMA.

Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor.

Maintenance and Support Services means Program support provided under Distributor's policies in effect on the date Maintenance and Support Services are ordered, subject to the payment by End User of the applicable fees for such support.
