Customer Agreement definition

Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.

Customer Agreement means the agreement between Customer and the Project Sponsor that specifies the rights and obligations of each party with respect to the installation of the Measures and other related and/or unrelated matters at the Project Site.
