Cancellations and Refunds. Our cancellation policy is as flexible and understanding as possible. All our bookings are received well in advance of trip departures and other people may have been turned away because kayaks have been reserved. Cancellations due to weather will be determined by a Saltwater Soul associate on the day of your reservation. If cancellation is due to weather or safety concerns, we will attempt to rebook you. You will be issued a full refund if you are unable to rebook. All cancellations by guest need to be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours from reservation will result in a 50% refund.
Cancellations and Refunds. 5.1. You should contact us immediately if you think a mistake has been made (by you or by us) when using our money transfer service. In certain jurisdictions, like the U.S., you may be entitled to statutory cancellation rights and error resolution remedies. If you are due a refund, you first must return your air tickets and, if applicable, cruise tickets to Operator. Any applicable refunds will be returned to you in the manner in which payment was made, and processed within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation.
Cancellations and Refunds. Cancellations in writing that are received at least sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% Cancellation Fee or $50.00, whichever is greater. Payments (except for the damage deposit) are non- refundable if cancelled or changed within 60 days of arrival. However, we will attempt to fill the accommodation and, if successful, will refund the amounts described in our Cancellation Policy. We highly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance to protect your vacation plans.
Cancellations and Refunds. If You are not satisfied with the manner in which We are handling a claim on the contract, You may contact the Commissioner by calling (000) 000-0000. You may cancel this Agreement by returning the service contract to Us within 20 days of your receipt of the service contract (the “free-look period”) and You will receive a 100% refund of the full Agreement Fee of Your Agreement, provided no claims have been paid. If Your cancellation request is made after the free-look period, or if a claim has been paid during the free-look period, You will receive a pro-rata refund of the Contract Fee, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. If You request cancellation of this Agreement within the free-look period and the refund is not paid or credited within 45 days after return of the Agreement to Us, a 10% penalty will be added to the refund for every 30 days the refund is not paid. This provision applies only to the original purchaser of the Agreement. Any such refund may be credited to an outstanding balance of Your account, and the excess, if any, returned to You. The cost of benefits paid or services provided during the current contract year will be deducted from any refund issued pursuant to the holder’s cancellation of this contract. We may cancel this Agreement if the reason for cancellation is nonpayment by You of the Contract Fee, or a material misstatement by You relating to the covered property or its use, an act or omission by You, or a violation by You of any condition of the service contract, which occurred after the effective date of the service contract and which substantially and materially increases the service required under the service contract, however, no such cancellation may become effective until at least 15 days after the notice of cancellation is mailed to you. You will receive a pro-rata refund of the Contract Fee.

Cancellations and Refunds. You may cancel this Agreement by informing Us of Your cancellation request within 30 days of the purchase of the Agreement and You will receive a 100% refund of the full Agreement Fee of Your Agreement, provided no claims have been paid. If Your cancellation request is made more than 30 days from the date of purchase, or if a claim has been paid within the first 30 days, You will receive a pro-rata refund of the Contract Fee, minus any paid claims and less an administrative fee not to exceed 10% of the Contract Fee.
Cancellations and Refunds. You may cancel an international Transaction within 30 minutes of authorizing your Transaction, unless funds or mobile top-up have already been paid out to the Recipient. Cancellation requests that are submitted after the 30 minute window closes are ordinarily not granted. We will not be able to process your cancellation request unless and until we receive confirmation by our payout correspondents that such order has not been distributed, an effective stop order is in effect, and all transferred funds have been placed on hold. Viamericas will not be responsible or liable to you or any other person for its failure to cancel a Transaction before it is disbursed except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement or required by law. Viamericas will try not to debit your payment instrument after we have received your request for cancellation. However, in the case where Xxxxxxxxxx initiated an irreversible request for funds from your financial institution prior to receiving your request for cancellation, your payment instrument may be debited after you have cancelled your Transaction. Viamericas will refund your money after it has received the funds from your financial institution, crediting the same payment instrument used to pay for the Transaction. Cancellations and Refunds. Cancellations to all or part of your registration must be made in writing to the President and CEO at PLA no later than December 31, 2021. A $500 cancellation fee will be charged. No refunds will be processed after this date. It shall be mutually agreed that, in the event that Trade Show is cancelled for any reason, then this Agreement will be automatically terminated, and PLA will determine an equitable basis for the refund of a portion or all of the exhibit fees, after due consideration of expenditures and commitments already made.
