Common use of Cancellations and Refunds Clause in Contracts

Cancellations and Refunds. Cancellations to all or part of your registration must be made in writing to the President and CEO at PLA no later than December 31, 2021. A $500 cancellation fee will be charged. No refunds will be processed after this date. It shall be mutually agreed that, in the event that Trade Show is cancelled for any reason, then this Agreement will be automatically terminated, and PLA will determine an equitable basis for the refund of a portion or all of the exhibit fees, after due consideration of expenditures and commitments already made.
