Common use of Cancellations and Refunds Clause in Contracts

Cancellations and Refunds. You may cancel this Agreement by informing Us of Your cancellation request within 30 days of the purchase of the Agreement and You will receive a 100% refund of the full Agreement Fee of Your Agreement, provided no claims have been paid. If Your cancellation request is made more than 30 days from the date of purchase, or if a claim has been paid within the first 30 days, You will receive a pro-rata refund of the Contract Fee, minus any paid claims and less an administrative fee not to exceed 10% of the Contract Fee.
