Without limiting the foregoing, End User shall not license, rent, sell, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, display, host, outsource, disclose, link to, mirror, frame, provide a service bureau using, or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any party (other than End User’s authorized employees) the Product, Web Site or output from, or use or benefit of, the Product.
