Cancellations and Refunds. Cancellations in writing that are received at least sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% Cancellation Fee or $50.00, whichever is greater. Payments (except for the damage deposit) are non- refundable if cancelled or changed within 60 days of arrival.
