Cleaning Fees. Beginning no later than thirty days after the Joint Announcement Date, Lyft will not charge Riders cleaning fees for shedding by Service Animals. Lyft may charge Riders for cleaning fees related to Service Animals only if the Driver provides compelling photographic evidence showing that a Service Animal vomited, urinated, or defecated in a Driver’s vehicle while the Driver was providing the Rider with transportation services arranged through the Lyft App. Lyft will investigate claims by Riders that they were improperly charged cleaning fees. If an investigation reveals that a Rider was improperly charged a cleaning fee, Lyft shall promptly reimburse all improperly-charged cleaning fees.
Cleaning Fees. We have a one-time cleaning fee of $135. If additional cleaning is required upon your departure, such as a sink full of dirty dishes, soiled upholstery or carpet stains, sand inside the unit and washing machine or key loss, appropriate charges will be deducted from your security deposit. IF WE FIND SAND AFTER YOU LEAVE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA FOR ADDITIONAL CLEANING. DO NOT PUT GARMENTS WITH SAND IN THE WASHING MACHINE OR DRYER UNITS AS IT CAN DAMAGE THE MACHINE. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIRS IF THIS OCCURS. PER FLORIDA FIRE XXXXXXXX CODE, PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE BEACH TOYS, CHAIRS OR UMBRELLAS OUTSIDE THE UNIT. ADDITIONAL CHARGES OR FEES MAY APPLY We have tried very hard to make “Our Beach House” comfortable, clean and casual to help make your stay with us most enjoyable. We have provided you with a nice clean unit with high-quality furnishings and we expect that you take care of the unit so that the next guest can experience a nice and enjoyable time at the beach just like you did. If you leave the unit as you found it when you arrived, then there is nothing for you to worry about, but we do have some strict policies about taking care of our unit and there are associated fees that we will charge you if do not follow the outlined polices or if we find the following: Bringing sand into the condo: There are showers along the beachfront and around the pool area for washing off sand when you return from the beach. We ask that you use these showers to wash any sand from yourself; children; clothing; beach chairs; beach toys, etc. before entering the condo. If our cleaning crew finds sand on the beds, furniture, etc; we will: CHARGE YOU A FEE OF $200.00 FOR CLEANING UP THIS SAND. Sitting with sun tan lotion or wet clothing on the furnishings: We have provided you with nice furnishings for your vacation enjoyment, however we ask that you do not sit on the furnishings or beds with wet clothing, sand or with sun tanning lotion on you. You must realize and be aware that doing this will cause damage and/or stain the furniture or bed. We ask that you use common sense and wash off prior to entering the unit by using the showers that our resort provides for you. If you are wet, we ask that you do not sit on the couch or beds or any other furnishing. If our cleaning crew finds damage or wet furnishings due to sitting or lying...
Cleaning Fees. 2.1 Contractor shall provide the agreed schedule of cleaning services to the Client at the price as per the quote Client shall be billed, and shall pay for such services monthly and accounts will be annualised Cancellation of Services
Cleaning Fees. If cleaning fees are required to be applied because of the use or abuse of the facility, such may be deducted from the Damage Deposit in the sole opinion of Clymont. Clymont and its contractors shall determine or estimate the extent of cleaning, and the charges required to be compensated for such cleaning damages, supplies and any special equipment to complete such cleaning, removal of items, materials, or surplus debris. The application of cleaning charges shall be the sole right of Clymont and may be applied to maintain its property and professional appearance for other third parties and rental purposes. The hourly costs of providing trades services and equipment shall be applied to any invoice or deduction from any deposit or any charge to be made to the Renter. Clymont reserves the right to inspect the facilities at any time before, during or after such event or rental, and to instruct the Renter to take the required actions to stop such actions, mitigate such damages, and take effective action to correct or cleanup the concerns to Clymont standards.
Cleaning Fees. As we are a natural xxxx setting, confetti is restricted to small amounts of natural leaf confetti, such as gum leaves. Flower petals, streamers, glitter, rice, or confetti cannons are strictly prohibited at Darlington Estate. If this rule is breached, then a fee of $300 is charged. A rare event, but important enough to remind you nonetheless that should we be required to clean up after a guest if they vomit, then a fee of $300 is charged.
