INTEGRATED STRATEGY ON THE PROMOTION OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND SMALL ENTERPRISES. The overall objective of the strategy is to adequately and effectively foster entrepreneurship and the promotion of small enterprises. There is a strong relationship between the Integrated Strategy on the Promotion of Entrepreneurship and Small Enterprises and this strategy. The relationship is one in which all government support programmes for the small business sector, which are also relevant to co‐operatives, shall also be extended to co‐operatives taking into account the specific characteristics of and differences between such enterprises.
